Return period:
30 days from the date of receipt of the order.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange, except in the case of a defective product.

We only replace defective or damaged items .

Returns are free via a prepaid label that you can download and print.
No restocking fees are applied.
For any item over €75 , we recommend using a tracked or insured service.
MOVEZEN cannot guarantee delivery of an untracked package.
Refunds
Once the product has been received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming receipt and processing of the refund .
The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days of processing.
Sale items: only items at full price are eligible for a refund.
Promotional items are not refundable.

Items received as gifts
If the item was gifted directly in your name, you will receive a MOVEZEN gift credit equivalent to the return amount.
