The customer has the choice between home delivery or delivery to a collection point , depending on the options offered at the time of ordering.
Delivery times

Delivery costs
Standard Delivery : Free
VIP delivery : €8.80
VIP delivery includes insurance for loss, breakage or theft of the order during transport.
Order tracking
Each order has a tracking number , provided to the customer as soon as it is shipped. This number allows them to track the package in real time via the carrier's website.
Delivery failed
In the event of a failed delivery (incorrect address, absence of the recipient, failure to collect within the time limit), a second attempt or delivery to a relay point may be offered at no additional cost .
